At the end of each billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same terms unless you cancel it or the FOODLY STORE cancels it. You can cancel your subscription renewal either through your account management page online or by contacting the foodly@societyglobally.com customer support team.

A valid payment method is required to process payment for your subscription. You must provide the FOODLY STORE with accurate and complete billing information which may include but not be limited to full name, address, state, zip or postal code, phone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you authorize FOODLY STORE to automatically charge you all Subscription Fees incurred through your account on any such payment methods.

In the event that automatic billing fails for any reason, FOODLY STORE reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect.

6. Free Trial

FOODLY STORE may, in its sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited time ("Free Trial").

You may be asked to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the free trial.

If you entered your billing information when you signed up for the free trial, you will not be charged by the FOODLY STORE until the free trial period ends. On the last day of the free trial period, unless you cancel your subscription, you will automatically be charged the applicable subscription fee for the type of subscription you selected.

AT ANY TIME AND WITHOUT NOTICE, FOODLY STORE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO (i) MODIFY THE TERMS OF SERVICE OF THE FREE TRIAL OFFER, OR (ii) CANCEL THIS FREE TRIAL OFFER.

7. Fee changes

FOODLY STORE MAY, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION AND AT ANY TIME, ADJUST SUBSCRIPTION FEES FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS. Any change in subscription fees will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.

FOODLY STORE will provide you with reasonable advance notice of any change in the Subscription Fee to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription Fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the revised Subscription Fee amount.
